How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 48 hours to reach the customer.
Can I return my order after receiving it?
Yes — you can request a return within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Conditions:
  • Item must be unused and unworn, in the same condition as delivered.
  • No perfume, makeup stains, or missing tags.
Fees: A return shipping fee applies.
Refund method: via InstaPay within 3–5 business days after the item is received and inspected at our warehouse.
Can I check the product before paying?
Yes. You can inspect the order while the courier is present.
If you don’t want it, you may refuse delivery free of charge.
Can I exchange my order?
Yes — exchanges are allowed for:
  • Size not fitting
  • Swapping to another color

Are there any extra fees?

  • Refusing delivery during courier inspection: Free of charge.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Please contact us with your order number and the reason (return or exchange). We’ll schedule the pickup and notify you once the item reaches our warehouse.
